I appreciated the helpful staff. They were always available. The location was very central. It allowed easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered a decent variety. I found something to enjoy each morning. Cleanliness was also excellent. My room felt fresh daily.

The WiFi was quite slow. It sometimes made it difficult to browse.

I found this hotel very suitable for my needs. The location allowed easy access to numerous sites within a short walk (about 20 minutes or less). The hotel is situated in a lively area, a real plus. The staff offered very nice service, and I found them helpful. The breakfast selection was good.

My only small issue was the air conditioning. It seemed less effective (on certain days) at maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the room.

the hotel is close to the metro station. upon arrival, i found a super clean, modern city hotel. breakfast was typical continental but quality was excellent. proximity to playa mayor and museo del prado is excellent.
