Charming Stay in Prime Location

helpful staff central location decent variety excellent cleanliness

I appreciated the helpful staff. They were always available. The location was very central. It allowed easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered a decent variety. I found something to enjoy each morning. Cleanliness was also excellent. My room felt fresh daily.

The WiFi was quite slow. It sometimes made it difficult to browse.

My room included bunk beds alongside a queen bed making it suitable for families. The bathroom was spacious. It featured a modern shower and adequate counter space. The provided toiletries were of good quality.

The breakfast area was well kept. It was restocked frequently during service hours. The reception area provided comfortable seating, I found it inviting for short waits. The hotel also offered luggage storage, a very useful service.

Central and clean lodging

I found this hotel very suitable for my needs. The location allowed easy access to numerous sites within a short walk (about 20 minutes or less). The hotel is situated in a lively area, a real plus. The staff offered very nice service, and I found them helpful. The breakfast selection was good.

My only small issue was the air conditioning. It seemed less effective (on certain days) at maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the room.

The hotel features modern amenities including high-speed wifi available throughout the building and comfortable communal areas. There is also a luggage storage service for early arrivals or late departures that provides convenience. A 24-hour front desk ensures assistance is always available, very reassuring.

The hotel is excellently located very close to public transportation such as the sol metro station (perhaps just 100m away). Proximity to major attractions including the playa mayor and museo del prado enhances its appeal. This location facilitates easy exploration of the surrounding area.

Breakfast options include a continental buffet with many choices of good quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice is available, a detail i appreciate very much. Hot food choices and a variety of bread options complete the morning meal.

Really good city hotel

super clean hotel modern city hotel excellent quality

the hotel is close to the metro station. upon arrival, i found a super clean, modern city hotel. breakfast was typical continental but quality was excellent. proximity to playa mayor and museo del prado is excellent.
